Completely Uninstall ENB? So I recently started playing GTA IV again because why not, and I have an ENB mod installed. It looks great, but the game runs at around 20-30 frames at some points. I tried removing the d3d9.dll file, and that removed the HD textures and fixed the lag, but the shaders were really wonky and the sky looked like the dark E77C.
