With the recent buffs to Shadow Form in PvE you can maintain it 100%, and there's like a handful of skills that can stop it. You could run almost anything, and farm a whole lot of stuff. Second best solo class might be monk or ele depending on the area.
For open world solo pve, I recommend Power Reaper. Use Spite (Spiteful Talisman or Bitter Chill, Awaken the Pain, and Dread or Close to Death), Reaper (Chilling Nova, Soul Eater or Decimate Defenses, and Reaper's Onslaught), and Death Magic for more defense or Soul Reaping for a bit more offense. Death Magic is more versatile and has more
Dragonhunter is a heavy burst damage power DPS that excels in short fights (such as fractals) and raid encounters with short damage windows. It has strong CC and good mobility, and provides Vulnerability. In addition, it brings very high defensive support for a DPS class, with a party wide block in. Shield of Courage. , a strong burst heal in.
GW2. Best Open World Build. Virtuoso. Mesmer PvE. The Virtuoso is a mesmer specialization and this open world PvE build uses bleeds and the dagger skills to stock blades extremely fast to send out as many bladesongs as possible which generate more blades. It is an aggressive build that survives while dealing damage by using long range and
Mesmer PvE. The Split Surge Mirage is a mesmer build for open world PvE that sustains itself by dodging A LOT. Dodging creates clones and enables you and those clones to use Ambush skills which improve the 1 skill of each weapon. On Dagger, the Ambush skill is a daze which can apply tons of vulnerability and grant you quickness due to the
Warriors is just the most on the nose fantasy aesthetic, huge health and armor values, adrenaline mechanics, can use a ton of weapons etc. But generally Warrior is a weak class in terms of optimization/power level. Rangers are jacks of all trades, masters of none. They can solo clear, farm, tank, etc.
Posted May 19, 2022. I'd say Guardian is your best choice out of the non-Necromancer professions. Both Guardian and Necromancer are Arenanet's love children and thus the best. 13 hours ago, Arklite.4013 said: I'm also a big fan of Warrior. Very strong in solo play and will always have a niche in PvE with banners.
It actually the complete opposite Hybrid builds for Soulbeast in particular are the best damage Ranger can achieve. This is due to how a lot of the traits and weapons have condition based attacks. I mean main hand Axe is a crazy good weapon for hybrid with good power coefficients and tones of bleed on Axe 2. Thief in organised PvE has rarely really done well outside of niche builds, while in PvP, anything that breaks out of the glass cannon roamer mould tends not to last for long. Specter showed potential as a support role in PvE, but having to spam wells is awkward, and the competition has largely pushed it out. Enjoyment: B. I found Spectre to 1. harold_flood. • 8 yr. ago. The easiest one is Mesmer, you have stealth, blinks, invuln, reflects and some harder bosses you can just pop clones and kite. 1. yayuuu. • 8 yr. ago. I used to solo fractals, up to lvl ~35. I have tried it with few classes, like ele, necro, warrior and thief.

He's specifically referring to open-world builds that are made for solo play in that video. However, most players aren't going to be trying to solo legendary bounties and group events, and any spec can play well in open world content. Chrono currently has a place in the group PvE meta as a dps-support hybrid.

Revenant. Here is a very fun Vindi build for PvE. I find this build very fun for both open world solo and leading group content seamlessly. It is very flexible and has many options for customization. In the video above I just wanted to demonstrate the base build, since it can both camp legends and greatsword.

You're not going to clear AC faster than a 5-man group, and soloing doesn't give more loot. People who solo dungeons do it for a challenge, not for earning money (exception of Arah). The LFG tool will give you a group in less than a minute. Run it over and over if you want to. Hmm, alright ill use LFG then.
