He is not weak but he isn't good too. You may think that you could play a druid "bear" without ever changing the form. But this will not happen, since the rework you need to change the form / mask very often because every has advantages and disadvantages. Eagle is good against mages and weak against
The first gives you more damage, the second gives you better crit chances, and the last one gives you more HP. Strength and Dexterity will help a bit against Warriors and Scouts as I understand it, but I don't think they're as important. The 3 big ones for you would be Intelligence, Luck, And Constitution.
